Bachelor in Journalism
The Faculty of Communication, the news agency, television, radio, electronic newspaper and public relations centre, prepare students for professional life so that they can take part in all areas of communication. The Journalism programme is offered by Near East University.

The Near East University Faculty of Communication serves as a major communication complex with its infrastructure and technical facilities.
The Journalism programme is offered by Near East University.
Data-driven classrooms, computer labs, Graphics Animation and Photoshop labs, News Agency, Photographic laboratory, multi-purpose planned, stage managed TV studio and archive section, as well as full-capacity registries and professional lighting systems equipped with construction and management facilities for television broadcasting. The Faculty of Communication, which also has a broadcasting studio, offers a program for all students to assimilate professional ethics and principles.
Along with the departments offered by the Near East Faculty of Communication, which are the Department of Public Relations and Publicity, Radio Television and Cinema, Journalism, Visual Communication and Design, Cartoons and Animation, Film Production and Broadcasting, there are also two-year associate degree programs, namely the Radio Television Technologies, Visual Communication, Photography and Cameraman Departments.
In the Near East University Faculty of Communication, which has a total of 40 academic staff, students can integrate their theoretical knowledge with practical training.
The faculty offers wide application areas, including: the university newspaper, the Electronic Newspaper Centre, the week of projects, workshops held in the Photo Studio, Social Responsibility projects carried out in the Public Relations Application Centre, the academic studies of the Centre for Communication Studies, and internship programmes in Near East Radio and Near East Television.
