Master in European Union Relations
The European Union Relations program at Near East University aims to inform the students by the most recently economics and political structures of the EU.

The enlargement process of the EU has not been achieved yet; because its borders are not certain. Due to this fact, the enlargement process is going on a dynamic structure.
The lectures presented in the EU Relations Department cover the topics that will make the students understand the dynamic developments in the economics and politics structure of the EU.
You can choose a programme with or without theses.
The students in this European Union Relations programme at Near East University who are aiming to have Master of Art degree (MA) then they are required to complete 10(30 credits) courses and a seminar course (0 credits).
Those students who are aiming to have Master of Science degree (MSc) then they are required to complete 8 courses (24 credits), seminar course (0 credits) and thesis (6 credits).
Aim of the programme
The aim of the course is to enhance the student’s capabilities to understand globalization of economic activity with detailed definition, sources,measurement and limits.
The focus is on the economics of technical changes, innovation as the principal source of growth in the global economy, largest transnational corporations and globalization of industry.
Students will learn the basics of the global financial service sector, competitive advantages of countries, corporate strategy and the European economy in the global context. This course also introduces competition policies for the global economy.
